Malaysian Cricket Association (MCA) will be hosting the Women’s National team of Namibia for a three (3)-match T20 International series (with ICC ranking points) from December 10th – 12th, 2024 at Selangor Turf Club. This will be the first-ever meeting in T20Is between the two (2) teams, and also becomes the maiden bi-lateral series between them. This tour follows Namibia Women’s tour of Hong Kong, China, where they will compete in a Quadrangular T20I series, before they travel to Malaysia. The series carries much importance for Namibia Women, who are looking to score crucial ranking points, in a bid to qualify for ODI status in the 2025-2029 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup cycle.
