Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) Director Hamilton Masakadza has told a national daily, NewsDay Zimbabwe, that the Men’s national squad is set for a busy schedule ahead of ZC hosting 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier B in July 2022.
The schedule of matches and tours announced includes a five (5) match bi-lateral T20I series with Namibia Men’s team, that is expected to take place in May 2022, after the Zimbabwe team host’s South Africa “A” in a bi-lateral series consisting of matches in both T20 and 50-overs formats in April/May 2022. Namibia will also be having a busy schedule in T20I cricket, as they prepare towards 2022 T20 World Cup, as they will host Jersey and USA in a Tri-series at home in June 2022.
