APF’s volunteer cricket coach, John Capps-Jenner from UK will be taking the Nepali players to New Zealand along with 12 Bangladeshi women cricketers, and the combined team will get to play atleast 10 matches during their New Zealand tour, scheduled between Sep 12th – 29th, 2018.

Local club team’s from Leeston, Mainpower Oval, Akaroa, Hagley Oval, Christchurch, Greymouth, and Queenstown have been identified as the combined team’s opponents during the tour.

Although the exact schedule is not set yet but the combined team of Nepal and Bangladesh is expected to play its first match at Leeston on Sep 15th before the next game scheduled at the Mainpower Oval the following day. The team will then travel to Akaroa and play a Twenty20 match on September 18. The team will also travel to Hagley Oval, Christchurch, Greymouth and Queenstown to play matches.
