Nepal Rhinos Cricket Club, based in Irving, Texas, will be defending their Championship at 2018 2XCricket USA Cup (2 innings of 10 overs each), to be held in Pearland, Texas in Apr 2018.
Nepal Rhinos will be amongst the 8 teams participating in the innovative format, set to take place from 25th – 29th Apr, 2018 at Moosa Stadium in Pearland.
The 8 teams are Las Vegas Chargers, Houston Sparks, UAE Falcons, Nepali Rhinos, Punjab Lions, Canada United, Dallas Gladiators and Miami Knight Riders, who will compete in the round-robin format before the top 4 teams move onto the semi-finals and final rounds.

In the 2016 edition, Nepali Rhinos, led by Paras Khadka defeated Houston Sparks in the inaugural edition final to win the trophy. Khadka was instrumental in the batting innings as he smashed 77 runs off only 38 deliveries across both the innings to boost Nepali Rhinos total of 197/6 in their 20 overs. He then also picked up 2/17 off his 3 overs during bowling innings. Shawn Findlay and Subash Khakurel scored 61 and 32 runs respectively.
