Nepal Women will be competing against teams from Bhutan, UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Kuwait in the 6-nation event, from which the top team will advance to the Global Qualifiers in 2022. This is the final regional event after the conclusion of tournaments in the Europe, Africa and Americas regions, while the East Asia-Pacific event was cancelled due to COVID-19.

The team will get to prepare for the tournament by playing practice games in Bangladesh, as the cricket board have announced that a week long camp featuring four practice matches will take place from November 04th – 11th, 2021.
