The 2023 edition of the Houston Open T20 tournament will be taking place from June 21st – 25th, 2023 at Prairie View complex in Texas. The franchise T20 tournament has been an annual fixture in the US domestic circuit for sometime now, and this year will see a lot of International talent coming to take part alongside some of the MLC (Major League Cricket) players and other domestic players in the country.
A total of fifteen (15) franchise teams will be competing in the tournament. Group A will comprise of teams representing Atlanta Fire, UMMC Knight Riders, St. Louis Americans, Carolina Smashers and Texas Thunders. Group B will comprise of teams representing Kingsmen X, Unique Tigers, Dallas All Stars, Clarion Eagles and Seattle Thunderbolts. Group C will comprise of teams from Masters Cricket Club, SAMP Army, Space City Raiders, Kingsmen and Houston Stars. Majority of the players set to play MLC in July 2023 will be in action for their respective clubs during this tournament.
