Netherlands seek World Cup entry as squad announced for Qualifiers

KNCB (Netherlands Cricket Board) have announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe in Mar 2018.

Netherlands will travel to South Africa for a pre-tour camp, where they will play one match each against Ireland, Scotland & Hong Kong and will be based at Tuks Cricket for their training.

Buoyed by their win in the ICC WCL Championship and claiming the #13 spot in the ICC ODI League, Netherlands will compete in the 10-team tournament for the final 2 spots available for 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup in England and Wales.

Netherlands, however, will miss the services of Michael Rippon, who remains committed to domestic cricket in New Zealand in trying to qualify as a player for them.
