Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) will be hosting the U19 Women’s National team of Ghana for a Quadrangular T20 tournament at University of Lagos Cricket Oval from September 08th – 15th, 2024. The tournament will feature Nigeria U19 Women’s team, Nigeria National select team and South-West team (domestic team) along with the team from Ghana in a double round-robin group stage format.
Nigeria U19 Women are preparing themselves for the 2025 ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier in Rwanda from September 23rd – 29th, 2024. Ghana U19 team, missed out on participating in the recently concluded Division 2 Qualifier in Rwanda in August 2024 and it’s good to see the team getting competitive game-time to continue their development process.
