Pakistan players in Afro T20 Cricket League get Board clearance

27

Many Pakistan players have been given NOC certificates (No Objection) from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to take part in the 2017 Afro T20 Cricket League in Uganda.

After ICC advised overseas players in the league to get their respective cricket board clearance, the process was initiated and PCB approved the applications saying the most of the players in the league are not involved currently in domestic cricket.

Afro T20 Cricket League is approved by both Uganda Cricket Association & ICC. Many current and past players from India, Pakistan, West Indies, USA, UAE, Afghanistan to name a few are taking part in the T20 league.

However the tournament got off to a soggy start with the first 2 days of matches being abandoned without a ball bowled due to rains and wet outfields.
