Papua New Guinea U23 Women’s team will be taking part in the Cricket Australia (CA) U19 Female National Championships in December 2023 at St Joseph’s Nudgee College oval fields in Queensland. The tournament provides opportunity for the upcoming talent in Papua New Guinea Women’s domestic circuit to compete alongside future Australian U19 World Cup prospects and stake claim for opportunity in PNG National Women’s set-up in the near future. The team, consisting of seven (7) U19 and U23 players each, will be playing matches in both 50-overs and T20 formats during the Championships.
