Global T20 Canada (GT20 Canada), Cricket Canada’s franchise-based T20 tournament, approved by ICC, will take place in July 25th – August 11th, 2024 in Brampton and will see the teams from Toronto Nationals, Brampton Wolves, Vancouver Knights, Surrey Jaguars, Montreal Tigers and Bangla Tigers Mississauga compete for the Title in the fourth (4th) edition of the tournament. All the franchise squads were finalized after the player draft that took place on 21st June 2024. The T20 franchise tournament has received good viewership on global TV networks and streaming services in the past three (3) editions and is expected to get even more numbers in 2024 via global video streaming and OTT services.
