Samoa International Cricket Association (SICA) have announced a new domestic competition for Men’s in their yearly calendar, that intends to introduce the sport to first-time players and get more participation going among the local communities.
Named as the Lightning Cup, the event will start on 16th May 2022 at Tuanaimato cricket fields and a team from the village of Se’ese’e were given a coaching clinic from 02nd – 04th May to help players understand the rules of the game and how it’s played.
