Japan Cricket Association (JCA) will be hosting the Men’s National teams from Thailand and Cook Islands for a T20 International (with ICC ranking points) Tri-series tournament, Sano International T20I, from May 07th – 11th, 2025 at the Sano International cricket ground. Cook Islands Men’s team will extend their stay thereafter to play couple of T20Is with Japan team on 13th and 14th May 2025 at the same venue. The series will Cook Islands team meet both Japan and Thailand teams for the first time in Men’s T20Is, while Japan and Thailand themselves have met just once in T20Is during the ACC Men’s Challenger Cup tournament held in February 2024.
