Transylvania Cricket League T20 Tournament is all set to be held in Bucharest in Romania from 21st – 24th Jun, 2018 and hosted by Baneasa Cricket Club, Romania at Moara Vlasiei Cricket Ground.
The tournament will be played under the ICC T20 rules and it is fully accredited from Federetia Romana de cricket (FRC). FRC is an associate member with International Cricket Council (ICC) and hence, the amateur tourney is getting played under ICC rules.
The 6-team tournament features teams/clubs from across the globe that includes Beijing Cricket Club from China, Kiev Cricket Club from Russia, Ukraine Cricket Association, Romanian Bears & Cluj Cricket Club from Romania and Nomads Cricket Club (featuring players from Romania and Asia).
Beijing Cricket Club, Ukraine Cricket Association and Romanian Bears teams are placed in Group A, while Group B comprises of Kiev Cricket Club, Cluj Cricket Club and Nomads Cricket Club. Top 2 teams from each group at the end of the round-robin league phase will advance to the Semi-finals. The Final match will be played on 24th Jun 2018.
