Netherlands Cricket Board (KNCB) will be hosting a 3-match Dutch Pro-series in the 50-overs format, which is part of their high performance program for Men. Select squads representing Hurricanes and Seafarers will play a game each at VRA Amsterdam, Kampong and VOC Rotterdam in the months of April – August 2023, that will become part of the National squad preparation towards the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India.
Max O’Dowd will be leading the Hurricanes team in the series, while the Seafarers squad will be led by National captain Scott Edwards. Both squads feature players, who were part of the Netherlands squad for the World Cup Qualifiers. Recent Dutch eligible Sybrand Englebrecht and Daniel Doram are also going to feature in the final game of this pro-series.
