Sunrisers Hyderabad have re-signed Afghanistan’s all-rounder Mohammad Nabi for the 2018 edition of VIVO IPL in Apr 2018.
Set at a base price for Rs. 50 Lakhs, Sunrisers & Kolkata Knight Riders bid for the player after Sunrisers RTM cards have had exhausted. After few rounds of bidding, KKR left the bid at Rs. 1 Crore and Sunrisers remained the only bidder. Eventually, no other team joined in the fray and Sunrisers got back their player from the 2017 edition for INR 1 Crore.
Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan was also retained yesterday after they used their “Right-to-Match” card to get him back for INR 9 Crores. Hence, it will be reunion again for the Afghan duo for Hyderabad.
