Cricket Switzerland have announced that the annual “Cricket on Ice” tournament will be held from 17th – 19th February, 2022 at St Moritz cricket club. The tournament will be played between six (6) teams in this year’s edition.
Host’s St Moritz will take on teams from Old Cholmeleians XI, Lyceum Alpinum XI, Penguins XI and visiting teams from United Kingdom, Cavaliers XI and AID UK CC. Two groups of three teams each will play a round-robin group stage league, from which the play-off’s fixtures will be decided on the final day of the tournament.
Umpires for Cricket on Ice tournament 2022 are confirmed as being Alexander Mackay (Switzerland), Onesimus Koilraj (Switzerland), Peter de Boeck (Belgium), David Wormald (Herts) & Krishna Varahan (Switzerland).
