Cricket Association of Thailand (CAT) will be hosting the Men’s National teams of Bahrain, Japan and Bhutan in a Men’s T20I Quadrangular series from February 25th – 28th, 2026, namely, Thailand Open Men’s T20I series. The series will see the first-ever meeting in T20Is for the Japan team, against Bahrain and Bhutan.
For Japan Team, this will be the perfect opportunity to start their preparations towards the 2028 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup East Asia-Pacific (EAP) qualifiers scheduled in May in their home. The other Nations will also be involved in the Asia qualification pathway event for the T20 World Cup later this year, and also be taking part in the 2026 ACC Men’s Asia Cup qualification pathway.
