China Cricket will be hosting the Women’s National teams of Hong Kong-China, Myanmar and Mongolia from November 04th – 10th, 2024 for the Women’s T20I Quadrangular series, to be named as “The Belt and Road Women’s China T20I” trophy at the ZJUT Cricket Field in Hangzhou. The tournament also signifies the growing collaboration between China Cricket and Hong Kong-China Cricket in a bid to promote and support the growth of the sport into the Chinese Mainland.
The series also provides significant opportunity for both Myanmar and Mongolia teams, as they seldom get to play back-to-back International events in a calendar year. While Mongolia Women will be part of the 2024 Women’s East Asia Cup in October in South K byorea and will play games against China and Hong Kong-China, Myanmar Women will be part of the Merlion Trophy Women’s T20I Tri-series Championship in Singapore, before travelling to China for this series.
