As announced earlier by Asian Cricket Council, Bangladesh had been chosen as the host country for ACC U19 Asia Cup to be held in Sep/Oct 2018. The tournament will begin from 29th Sep 2018 and the matches will be played at Chittagong and Cox’s Bazar.

The tournament, which will be played in 50-overs format, will see 8 countries (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Hong Kong, Nepal & UAE) compete in the tournament.

Afghanistan Cricket Board have disclosed on their official website that U19 team’s of Afghanistan, India, Nepal and UAE will be placed in one group, while U19 team’s of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Hong Kong are placed in the other group.

Nepal, Hong Kong & UAE qualified for the main event on virtue of participation in 2017 ACC U19 Asia Cup.

The full official schedule is not announced yet; however, Afghanistan are slated to open their campaign against UAE on 29th Sep 2018.
