Like a good climax scenario of a movie, WCL Championship is all set for its own climax in the desert shores of United Arab Emirates when all the 8 teams in the Championship will play their 7th & final round of matches to determine the top 4 & bottom 4 in the standings.
After the conclusion of Round 6 of WCL matches, 5 teams remain in the hunt for top 4 finish in the WCL championship. Netherlands & Papua New Guinea are on a stronger position in the WCL points table while Scotland, Hong Kong & Kenya will fight it out for the other 2 spots for the World Cup Qualifiers.
UAE & Namibia are already out of contention for top 4 finish and with Netherlands almost guaranteed a top 4 finish, there will be lot to play for the remaining 3 spots. The final round for ICC Intercontinental Cup will be played from 29th Nov – 2nd Dec, 2017.
The 2 round of matches will be played on December 6th & 8th, all teams will be in action on both the days so there’s everything to play for not knowing the results of the other matches.
