Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) have announced that the Men’s National squad will be on tour of Sri Lanka from April 26th – May 11th, 2024 for the final preparatory camp ahead of 2024 T20 World Cup in June. The squad will be based in Galle, and will take part in training sessions along with six (6) practice games against Sri Lanka Development squad, and Sri Lanka Army/Sri Lanka Police teams. The squad has also toured India in 2024, where they were based in Maharashtra, and underwent similar training and practice games schedule.
The tours are in preparation for the team ahead of their maiden apperance in ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 in the US and the Caribbean Islands. The team has already toured Sri Lanka in February 2024, where they played matches against Sri Lanka Development XI team.
