USA Cricket have announced their 15-member Women’s squad for the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Americas qualifiers from October 18th – 23rd at Reforma Cricket Club ground in Mexico.
With experienced campaigners Nadia Gruny and Samantha Ramautar announcing their International retirements and taking up roles in USA Cricket administration for Women’s Cricket, Sindhu Sriharsha has been appointed to lead the squad in the qualifiers, where they play against Canada and debutants Brazil and Argentina for lone qualification spot into the global qualifiers.
The selected players are the ones who performed well during the Sistar Mortgage regional and Women’s National Championships in Florida in July/August 2021.
