Malta Cricket to host Women’s Valletta Cup Championship 2024 in August

Malta Cricket Association (MCA) will be hosting the Women’s National teams of Serbia, Greece and Isle of Man and the Women’s team of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) for the inaugural edition of Women’s Valletta Cup Championships 2024 from August 22nd – 25th, 2024 at Marsa Sports club ground. All teams will play each other once in a single round-robin format, following which the top two (2) teams will compete for the Title. The teams of Greece, Isle of Man and Malta have been part of a quadrangular tournament before, in the Women’s Continental Cup held in August last year in Romania.

Teams of Malta and Isle of Man will also be playing a three (3) match series from August 17th – 19th, 2024, before the start of the Valletta Cup series.
