Delhi Daredevils owner, Hemant Dua along with Keshav Bista of National Sports Council unveiled and presented Nepal’s first ever IPL player, Sandeep Lamichhane, the Daredevils official Jersey in an ceremony held in Kathmandu.

Sandeep, recently had returned to Nepal after a successful ICC World Cup Qualifiers stint in Zimbabwe, where his home country secured temporary ODI status for the next 4 years.

Delhi Daredevils picked up Sandeep for his base price of Rs. 20 Lakhs in the 2018 VIVO IPL Player Auctions in Jan 2018. The new look squad will be coached by Ricky Ponting and led by Gautam Gambhir in the 2018 VIVO IPL, starting in Apr 2018.

Sandip was picked up DD on base price of Rs 20Lakhs not in 10 lakhs.
