Denmark get crucial match-time against UAE

Denmark national squad have been training at ICC Academy prior to travelling to Oman for the all-important ICC World Cricket League Division 3 from Nov 07th – 21st, 2018.

As part of their preparation, Denmark faced UAE in a 50-overs practice games and although they fell way short both in batting and bowling fronts, the experience will help them tune-up before the crucial Division 3 games.

UAE batted first in the 1st game and notched up 272/8 in their 50 overs and then bowled out Denmark for 169 in their 37th over of the chase.

Jonas Henriksen was the pick of the bowlers for Denmark with a 4-wicket haul, while Hamid Shah narrowly missed out on a century, falling short by 10 runs.

Similar kind of trend continued in the 2nd game as well with UAE notching up 261 runs on board and then dismissed Denmark for 140 in their chase.
