Netherlands to host New Zealand for T20I series in August 2022

Koninklijke Nederlandse Cricket Bond (KNCB) have announced that they will be hosting New Zealand men’s team in a bi-lateral T20I series comprising on two (2) matches in August 2022. New Zealand men’s team are travelling to Netherlands to play the fixtures on 04th and 05th August at Voorburg Cricket Club ground, following the conclusion of their tour of Scotland for two (2) T20Is and a solitary ODI series during the final week of July 2022. The previous meeting between both the teams came in March 2022, when Netherlands toured New Zealand for their CWC Super League ODI series and a solitary T20I, which was abandoned due to weather.

The series is part of the big Home summer for the Dutch team, who have hosted Men’s teams from West Indies and England earlier this year for their CWC Super League ODI series. The home season will conclude when they host Pakistan Men’s team for their Super League ODI series in August 2022, following which the Dutch will start their preparations towards 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
