Scotland’s Kyle Coetzer appointed in ICC Cricket Committee

Scotland national men’s squad captain, Kyle Coetzer, has been appointed as the Associate Members representative in the ICC Cricket Committee.

Kyle Coetzer replaces Ireland’s Kevin O’Brien in the committee following Ireland’s elevation to full member status in 2017. Coetzer’s appointment is for an initial term of 3 years and the next weeks meeting in Mumbai, on 28th & 29th May 2018, will be his first appearance in an Annual Cricket Committee meeting.

The next week’s meeting will discuss some high profile issues like Spirit of Cricket, Player Behaviour, World Test Championship playing conditions and the pace of play apart from other matters.
