SAMP Army cricket franchise, based in Morrisville in the US, has confirmed their participation as one of the six (6) teams set to compete in the inaugural edition of Zim Afro T10 tournament in August this year in Harare. This is part of Global expansion plans of TTen Sports Management (owners of Abu Dhabi T10 and Lanka T10 competitions), and are collaborating with Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) for this competition.
SAMP Army already have participation in the Abu Dhabi T10 league since the last edition, and their collaboration with TTen Sports grows further by taking up a spot in the competition. SAMP Army teams regularly take part in majority of USA Cricket sanctioned domestic T20 tournaments in the US, and provides regular opportunities for their players to play at the International level.
