Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) will host the Men’s team from Afghanistan for a bi-lateral series from June 04th – 14th at Harare Sports Club ground. The tour will comprise of three (3) ODI matches, along with three (3) Twenty20 Internationals.
The ODI leg of the tour will take place on June 04th, 06th and 09th, and are part of the CWC Super League tournament. The T20I matches of the tour will take place on 11th, 12th and 14th. Zimbabwe Men’s team concluded their recent T20I series with the visiting team from Namibia on 24th May. Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) have already announced the squads for both the formats during the tour.
The tour will be the final preparation for Zimbabwe Men’s team before ZC host the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Global qualifier B in July 2022.
