Poland will become the third non-associate cricket country after Taiwan and Burundi to resume men’s domestic cricket after getting the approval from the Polish authorities. The Polish Cricket League 2020 will commence from 06th Jun 2020 until 21st Jun 2020, and a total of 6 clubs will be taking part in the tournament.
The tournament will be played in the 35-overs format with the red-ball, with the players donning the traditional whites in the matches. Warsaw Cricket Club (WCC), Warsaw Kings XI (WKXI), Warsaw Lions (WL), Warsaw Sultans (WS), Max Cricket Club (MCC) and Warsaw Hussars (WHCC) are the six participating clubs in the tournament. Each match day at Gosir Stare Babice ground in Warsaw will see two games being played (morning game start at 8 am followed by an afternoon game start at 2 pm).

Warsaw Cricket Club are the defending Champions from the 2019 Polish Premier League tournament, which was played in the 50-overs format. Warsaw King XI finished as runners-up in the competition.
