The SLNCA (St Lucia Cricket Association) has announced the resumption of competitive cricket on the island, with the Dream11 St Lucia T10 Blast 2021 from 30th April 2021 at the Daren Sammy Cricket Grounds behind closed doors.
The 2nd edition of the Dream11 St Lucia T10 Blast will see twelve teams competing for the title, namely Gros Islet, Babonneau, Central Castries, South Castries, Mabouya Valley, Mon Repos, Vieux Fort North, Choiseul, Soufriere, Laborie, Micoud and Vieux Fort South.
International cricket icon and double World Cup Champions, Daren Sammy and Johnson Charles are both confirmed to participate in the tournament, which will see 2 group stage matches per day until the finals scheduled for May 14th, 2021.
Viewers can follow the live broadcast via the SLNCA’s Facebook page @cricketstlucia and Calabash TV, while Title sponsor Dream11 will live stream all the matches from the tournament on FanCode app for Indian audiences.
Alvin La Feuille, Vince Smith, Alvin Xavier and Tyler Sookwa are some of the players to watch out for in this year’s competition. Many players who took part in St Lucia Premier League in 2019/2020 will look to impress again for their franchises.
