Cricket Kenya (CK) will be hosting the Men’s National team of Bahrain for a T20 International series (with ICC T20I team ranking points) and One-day series from July 31st – August 05th, 2026, at the Nairobi Gymkhana cricket ground. With Bahrain scheduled to travel to Tanzania in August 2026 for the final round of 2027 ICC Men’s CWC Challenge League Group B, and Kenya scheduled to travel to Qatar (likely, though not confirmed officially) for the final round of Challenge League Group A, the One-day matches in this bi-lateral series will be crucial for the preparations for both the teams.
This will be the first-ever meeting in T20Is and One-day matches between both the teams, and in turn, is the maiden bi-lateral series arrangement made between the two (2) Cricket Boards. The One-day matches are eligible to be played with List-A status, if the Boards agree upon it, after the amendments made in the ICC rules and regulations, in effect from 01st July 2026.
