Two Jersey Cricketers selected in 2018 MCC Young Cricketers Men’s squad

Jersey’s Jonty Jenner and Jake Dunford have become the first players from their country to get selected in the 2018 Men’s squad of MCC Young Cricketers team. Both Jonty and Jake will be based at Lord’s during their first year of the YC program and will be playing for MCC YC team in 2nd XI fixtures.

Jonty Jenner has played first-class cricket with Sussex County Club while Jake Dunford has played first-class cricket for Durham MCCU team. Both players will still be available for Jersey’s International tournaments throughout the year which includes the upcoming ICC WCL Division 4 in Malaysia in Apr-end and ICC Europe sub-regional qualifiers for WorldT20 in Netherlands later this year.
