The tournament profile for 2018 Hong Kong T20 Blitz has sky-rocketed now with the signing of #1 bowler in limited overs, Hassan Ali from Pakistan, has officially signed up with Hong Kong Island United for the 3rd edition of the T20 tournament in Feb 2018.

Hassan Ali has been in prolific form in 2017 for both Pakistan and his T20 franchises with the ball and in his 52 T20’s, he has picked up 69 wickets @7.29 runs per over. He recently took part in the 2017 Bangladesh Premier League.
The 2018 HKT20 Blitz will be held at Mission Road ground from Feb 06th – 11th. Other prominent International players with the likes of Chris Lynn, Cameron Delport, Darren Sammy, Dwayne Smith & Sohail Tanvir have already signed up with other franchises for the tournament with other high profile signings to be announced shortly.
The 2018 edition will also see all the teams getting to pick one more overseas professional in the starting XI, hence increased from 4 to 5 per team.
