ICC to Live Stream UAE/Nepal and Scotland/Kenya WCL matches

International Cricket Council (ICC) have announced that the upcoming matches involving UAE, Nepal, Scotland & Kenya will be streamed live on their website, www.icc-cricket.com

As part of ICC’s continuous approach to showcase the best of Associate cricket live on their platforms, the UAE vs Nepal match on 6th December and the Scotland vs Kenya match on 8th December will be streamed live on their website.

Match highlights of games involving Hong Kong vs PNG and Netherlands vs Namibia will be available on their website and ICC’s social channels as well.

The Netherlands and Papua New Guinea are sitting first and second in the standings respectively, after securing qualification to the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers after the conclusion of round six. Third-placed Scotland (15 points) will face fifth-placed Kenya (12 points), while Hong Kong, who are sitting in fourth position currently on 14 points, play second-placed PNG on 6th and 8th December.

The team finishing fifth will join Canada, Namibia, Nepal, Oman and the UAE in the ICC WCL Division 2 from 8th -15th February 2018 in Namibia to determine the two remaining ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifiers spots.

The winners of the ICC World Cricket League Championship will also claim the 13th spot in the ODI League, and currently, all between Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Scotland and Hong Kong are still in a position to top the table depending on the results of the respective games.
