Tournament announcement: Check, Team names: Check, Venues: Check, Proteas & Overseas Marquee players: Check, Player draft & final squads: Check, Time for action now from Nov 16th – Dec 16th, 2018 as the inaugural edition of Mzansi Super League (MSLT20) kicks off in South Africa. All squads were finalised after the player draft was held on 17th Oct 2018 at Johannesburg.

After the initial allotment of Proteas and Overseas marquee players to each of the 6 franchises, the remaining 14 members for each of them was picked up from the player draft comprising of other South African players and Overseas/Overseas Kolpak categories.
