ICC has selected Nepal’s Buddhi Pradhan as one of the umpires from the ICC Developmental program to officiate in the upcoming ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup.
Pradhan will be officiating in 2 official World Cup warm-up matches and in 3 group stage matches during the U-19 World Cup in New Zealand.
World Cup Warm-ups:
India vs South Africa (Jan 9) & Afghanistan vs Namibia (Jan 10)
Group League Stage – U-19 World Cup:
Pakistan vs Afghanistan (Jan 13), Bangladesh vs Canada (Jan 15) and England vs Canada (Jan 20)
ICC announced the full list of umpires for the World Cup, which includes 3 umpires from the ICC Developmental program.
Umpire and match referee appointments for the knockout stages will be announced after the teams have been confirmed.
