New Zealand Cricket (NZC) will organize the National U19 Men’s Championship in January 2023 in both the 50-overs and T20 formats to start preparations to select their U19 squad for the 2024 ICC U19 Men’s World Cup East Asia-Pacific (EAP) Qualifier in Darwin, Australia in June 2023. New Zealand U19 team will compete with six (6) other nations in the Pacific region to compete for the lone qualification spot into the U19 World Cup from the region in 2024 in Sri Lanka.
