Cricket South Africa (CSA) have announced that their Women’s Emerging squad will compete against Women’s squad of Cricket Association of Thailand (CAT) in a 8-match series from 05th – 19th September, 2021 at Potchefstroom. The series will comprise of five (5) matches in the 50-overs format and three (3) matches in the T20 format.
The series is part of Thailand Women’s team’s preparations towards 2021 ICC Women’s World Cup Qualifiers, which is set to take place in November in Zimbabwe. Thailand Women will be coming to South Africa on the back of WT20I series and One-day series victories in the bi-lateral series against Zimbabwe Women from August 18th – 31st, 2021 in Takashinga, Harare.
